WelcomeJanuary 18, 2012 Leo has been a licensed agent for over 10 years. He is also an experienced real estate investor. He has conducted numerous seminars on purchasing homes with lease options and buying homes "subject to" the exisiting mortgage. He has counseled first time home buyers as well as seasoned homeowners in the benefits of using flexible terms. His motto, "if you get your price are you flexible on the terms?" has helped many in focusing on what approach works best for them.
Our team is not the typical group of realtors. We are always looking for ways to put a transaction together. We realize there is more than one way to sell a property.
