MODIFICATION
  • Signed application from lender/servicer
  • Signed additional forms/disclosures if applicable
  • Hardship letter signed and dated
  • Copy of recent mortgage statements
  • Past 2 years tax returns/Schedules/W-2's
  • Last 2 pay stubs
  • Last 2 months of bank statements/other asset accounts
  • Last 6 and/or 12 months Profit & Loss statement if self-employed
  • Leases on all rental properties
  • If listed for sale; provide copy of MSL printout
  • Copy of Drivers License (all parties on app)
  • Copy of most recent property tax bill
  • Insurance Declaration page
  • Any delinquency/legal notices
